As many families have discovered firsthand, it is time consuming and emotionally challenging to be a caregiver of a loved one.  Sometimes both caregiver and cared for need a break.  A person may benefit from a short term stay perhaps to recover from surgery or an illness.  Our respite care program offers a brief reprieve allowing a caregiver to take a vacation without the worry or for someone just to “try out” a community before making a permanent move.  Our respite program includes all the same conveniences and services for our permanent residents.

Guests in our Respite Care program are provided with a fully furnished suite (private/semi-private) to make their stay comfortable and enjoyable.  Our nursing staff is under the direction of a registered nurse and consists of certified licensed staff.

Respite cost vary according to the accommodations chosen and include three (3) delicious meals, medication administration, housekeeping and laundry services, social activities and twenty four (24) hour care in  a safe and secure environment with trained professionals.  All respite stays are a minimum of two (2) weeks.
